Ruella Frank, Ph.D., ha esplorato i modelli di movimento dei neonati e la loro relazione con l’adulto a partire dalla metà degli anni 1970. E’ fondatore e direttore del Center for Somatic Studies, facoltà del New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy, professore esterno al Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy, e inoltre insegna negli Stati Uniti, in Europa, Messico e Canada. Ruella è autore di capitoli in varie pubblicazioni, nonché del libro Body of Awareness: A Somatic and Developmental Approach to Psychotherapy, disponibile in quattro lingue (GestaltPress, 2001) e in italiano (Il corpo consapevole, Milano: Angeli); è co-autore del libro The First Year and The Rest of Your Life: Movement, Development and Psychotherapeutic Change, Routledge Press, 2010, disponibile in tre lingue. www.somaticstudies.com
Ruella Frank, Ph.D., has been exploring infant movement patterns and their relationship to the adult since the mid-1970s. She is founder and director of the Center for Somatic Studies, faculty the New York Institute for Gestalt Therapy, guest professor at Gestalt Associates for Psychotherapy, and also teaches throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico and Canada.
